Let their creativity flow these school holidays at the MAC

Whether you visit for a casual day out, or you’re there for an event or workshop, the MAC offers something for the whole family. Formally known as Lake Macquarie Art Gallery, the MAC went through an amazing upgrade, now hosting more events, workshops, and activities for the kids.

Immerse yourself in the latest exhibition and travel the artist’s story expressed through their work and/or culture. Stop by the Sculpture Cafe which offers visitors a chance to sit and enjoy the grounds. Alternatively, bring your picnic rug, grab a takeaway, and enjoy Sculpture Park among the trees for a family picnic.

These school holidays, the MAC has some creative activities for the kids as well, hosted by professional artists. So make sure you book in!
