Advance Academy of Gymnastics

Advance Academy is a successful Women's Artistic Gymnastics and Rhythmic club in the Hunter region based in Lake Macquarie. Advance offer programs from Kindergym 18 months through to programs for Adults.

Based in Toronto NSW, Advance offers children on the western shores of the lake opportunities for children to experience the benefits of Gymnastics in a fun and exciting atmosphere where everybody is an active body.

Advance has a reputation as a quality gymnastics training center in the Hunter and is fitted with a range of apparatus to suit all abilities. The center comprises of 800 square mtrs of a fully set up facility including Beams-Bars-Fully sprung gymnastics floor-Foam pits and large tumble tramp and competition Trampoline.

Advance has had many Hunter Region and Country champions, National NSW representatives in Women's Artistic at the Australian Gymnastics Championships, and Country champions in Rhythmic gymnastics.

Our Recreational programs include Kindergym 18months to 4yrs
Tots tumbling (4 yrs) Team gym- Free G (parkour) Junior and Senior afternoon squads and Rhythmic (Ball-Ribbon-Hoop- Clubs).
