A Rock and Water course will help you to:

• Bully proof yourself
• Find your centre of calm and self control
• Develop self esteem and become more confident
• Learn to control feelings of anger or sadness
• Handle difficult situations

The course will be hosted at Unit 3d/321 Hillsborough Road, Warners Bay, by one of our accredited Rock and Water instructors.

Cost: $200 for the week, second family member is discounted to $180. This cost includes graduation certificate and reflection journal.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing suitable for activity, morning tea and a water bottle. We train in bare feet on high density matting. Be ready to have lots of fun and do lots of Rock and Water exercises!
