Toronto Adventist School

At Toronto Adventist School we seek God first, grow together and share His love with others. We are a specialised school, catering from Pre-Kindy through to Year 6, focused on learning with nature, learning with others and learning with Jesus.

Our school is situated in a beautiful bushland setting, with a growing garden space and outdoor learning areas. We believe that fresh air, sunshine and connection to nature optimise growth – so maximising time outside is of utmost importance in our daily routines.

Our teachers are guides and facilitators who encourage students to collaborate and make meaningful connections to the world around us.

Pre-Kindy

Our Pre-Kindy program is an excellent introduction to school - and a whole lot of fun!  Students experience a variety of open-ended and structured activities, created to be flexible enough to cater for individual needs while helping them to adjust comfortably to the school environment.

Primary

Our Primary school is an exciting and dynamic environment where students engage in their learning journey in deep and meaningful ways.  Quality direct instruction is a launchpad for our learning adventures. Project Based Learning (PBL) is foundational at Toronto Adventist School, empowering students to engage with, and respond to, the world around them and the questions within them. We value people and places as essential sources of knowledge – we learn from the land and we learn from each other. Most of all, we learn by doing.
