Sesames On The Lake is just a few steps away from the lake at Belmont. Local business owners Tevy and Brad have supported our community, serving delicious evening meals for many years. Offering dine-in or takeaway, which has grown to include delivery. Now, they’re excited to also offer breakfast on the go with ‘Sotos at Sesames’!
Asian infused flavour
Sesames’ Asian infused flavour evolved from Tevy’s family background. With a Cambodian dad and English mum, Tevy’s cultural passion shines through in every meal served.
Their first restaurant was created in the Junction, serving authentic Thai and Cambodian cuisine. Over the course of more than 20 years and a move into Lake Macquarie, they now serve a more modern ‘East meets West’ menu at Sesames On The Lake.
What’s on the menu
Only the freshest ingredients are used and with careful thought for choosing Southeast Asian favourites. Head Chef Ronald stays true to traditional flavours, adding their own Sesames twist, to enhance the flavour of each dish. This restaurant has certainly become a well-loved local haunt.
Sesames pride themselves on catering to all preferences with a menu that includes fish and meat dishes and a separate menu for vegetarians and vegans. There are many gluten-free options as well.
