Swimming lessons are designed to teach children how to swim and be safe in and around water.

Lessons are usually divided into different levels based on the child’s age and ability. Children will build strength and endurance in the water, improving technique, developing mental focus and safety skills, under the guidance of a qualified teacher.

Nippers

Nippers is a junior program run by Surf Lifesaving Australia that teaches kids between the ages of 5 and 14 years old about water safety, and surf awareness. Designed to be fun and engaging the program gives them skills to stay safe in the water. Divided into different age groups, kids will enjoy beach activities including sprints, swimming, and board paddling.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics improves balance, strength, coordination, agility and endurance. Classes are designed to improve technique, upper body, core and leg strength, and flexibility while encouraging mental focus. Kids of all ages can join to learn skills on the balance beam, vault, trampoline, ropes and more.
