Dance

Turn on the music, let them feel the rhythm, then dance like noone is watching.

Dancing improves your physical and mental health. It also provides your child, or young adult, with the opportunity to socialise and make new friends. Dancing is a great way to encourage regular physical activity. With many different dance styles available including ballet, hip hop, tap, contemporary and jazz it’s just a matter of choosing!

Circus

Learning circus skills in an engaging and educational program, will introduce children to the world of circus performance.

Through a variety of fun and interactive activities, kids will learn basic skills such as acrobatics, balancing and tumbling. This promotes physical coordination, confidence building and teamwork.

Theatre

Theatre classes typically focus on developing creativity, imagination, self-expression, social skills, and confidence. 

These skills are discovered through various activities and exercises related to theatre performance. Theatre classes offer children a supportive and inclusive environment where they can learn important life skills through the art of theatre.

Singing

Term lessons in singing will help kids to develop vocal and musical abilities, build confidence, and express themselves through song.

These lessons typically include a combination of vocal exercises, music theory, and repertoire building. Singing lessons can be a wonderful opportunity for children to explore their love for singing in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Music

Whether it’s learning a new instrument or refining existing skills, music lessons provide an opportunity for individuals to explore their musical interests, develop technical proficiency, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for music.

Regular assessments and feedback from the instructor help track progress and identify areas that need improvement. This helps students set goals and work towards achieving them in a structured manner.

Physie (physical culture)

Physie, also known as physical culture, is a synchronised team sport that’s both social and fun.

The perfect combination of movements incorporating various dance styles, aerobics and yoga. Designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility physie can be enjoyed by participants of all ages.

Martial Arts

Indoor rock climbing

Indoor rock climbing is a popular activity for people of all ages, skills and abilities. Performed on artificial structures that mimic the experience of rock climbing, children can challenge themselves to conquer the wall. Using strength, technique, endurance and mental focus this activity will provide your child with a fun experience.

Art

Art workshops are an interactive and creative learning experience, designed to foster artistic expression and develop skills in children. These workshops provide a structured environment. Kid’s can explore different art forms, techniques, and materials under the guidance of professional artists or instructors.

Scouts

Scouts Australia NSW gives kids aged 5 yrs to 25 yrs the opportunity to have fun while taking part in challenging opportunities.

From outdoor camping to abseiling, rock climbing to canoeing, your child’s confidence will grow. With the chance to take on leadership roles, be involved in community service, environmental projects and large scale events there’s plenty to keep the kids amused. Scouts is inclusive.

Girl Guides

Girl Guides provides girls aged 5 to 17 years with access to a range of activities throughout the year.

Empowering girls and young women to discover their potential as leaders. Joining girl guides will lead you to making new friends while increasing your skills in a safe environment. Girl Guides is a place to grow.

Disability

Disability support classes are designed to teach a participant skills that are required to support independent living. Join developmental programs and increase social skills in a supportive and safe environment.
