Community Gardens, Lake Macquarie

I love community gardens because they bring people together, encourage sharing knowledge, and give us a chance to contribute our time. Lake Macquarie is fortunate to have plenty of community gardens for everyone to join. Growing food and sharing the harvest is not only rewarding for the soul, but also a wonderful way for kids to learn where real food comes from.
