Yoga for Mama's mission is to support and guide women in their motherhood journey, through movement, breathing, connection and love.

Marion's approach consists in offering gentle and safe sessions and providing mothers with tools to enjoy their pregnancy, prepare for birth, heal and embrace motherhood. Her classes are tailored to suit and address the specific needs and wants of pregnant women and new mums. As a mum of 2, she likes to tap into her own birth and mothering experiences during her sessions and makes sure mamas are supported, held, and listened to.

In Prenatal, you will practice:

• postures developing strength, flexibility, balance
• stretches
• breathing techniques
• meditation/relaxation (with a French accent)
• connection with other mums-to-be in a nurturing space

Her Postnatal/Mums & Bubs classes are all about connection:

• with yourself, your body, breath, and emotions
• with your baby(ies), while introducing them to movement, massage, breath, and body awareness
• with your own supportive mothers' group

Marion is also a family and kids yoga teacher and loves helping little ones discover their bodies through movement, dance, and play while learning to welcome and work with their emotions through breathing.

She is offering Prenatal, Mums & Bubs and Postnatal classes in various locations across Lake Macquarie (The Yoga Place in Blacksmiths, Australian Children's Chiropractic Centre (ACCC) in Warners Bay) and Newcastle, as well as private one-on-one and group sessions in the comfort of your home.
