Prepare the night before

One of this recipe’s best features is how easy it is to prepare ahead of time. Whip the cream, vanilla essence, and icing sugar together until peaks form, approximately four minutes. Spread a thin layer of cream over your serving base. Then coat each biscuit in cream and stand upright in two rows, joining them together with the cream. Once assembled, cover the outside with the remaining cream, place a lid over the dessert, and refrigerate for 6–12 hours. The longer it chills, the softer the biscuits become.

Add a chocolate drizzle

Just before serving, dress up your dessert! Shake the Ice Magic chocolate topping according to the bottle instructions and drizzle it over the creamy exterior. Return the dessert to the fridge, covered, while you prepare the fruit and decorations. This simple chocolate layer adds a little extra indulgence and makes the perfect base for your colourful Christmas topping.

Top with tropical fruit

Blend some of the mango into a smooth puree, then add fresh mango slices for extra texture and colour. Drizzle passionfruit pulp over the top and finish with delicate shavings of dark chocolate. The combination of creamy biscuits, juicy mango, tangy passionfruit, and chocolate creates a beautiful festive dessert. It will definitely catch the eye of all your guests!
