Well Education is a women-led organisation dedicated to strengthening the wellbeing, confidence and life skills of young people — with a strong focus on supporting young women to thrive.
Through engaging wellbeing education delivered in schools, workplaces and community settings, our programs help build emotional intelligence, resilience, confidence, healthy relationships, mental health literacy and strong self-worth in children & youth- with a special focus on young women.
Through evidence-informed education and practical strategies, we empower youth to understand themselves, navigate challenges, build healthy relationships and make positive choices.
Delivered by qualified educators and trained wellbeing facilitators across schools, workplaces and community settings, our work is grounded in recognised social and emotional learning frameworks and facilitated in structured small-group environments designed to maximise engagement and real-world impact.

I cannot recommend Laura and her programs highly enough. I have had 3 of my children go through her different programs (10 week for 12yo F, 10 week for 11yo M, and 5 week 9yo F). All programs gave age appropriate information and strategies. Laura was open to discussing each individual child – so whilst the programs are built for a wide variety of children, Laura wants YOUR child to get the best out of it and so will assist with making it work for your child. That is the benefit of having small groups. As a family, we are constantly going back to the kids workbooks and revisiting the strategies that they learnt that will help with different challenges that the kids continue to face on an ongoing basis that is called “growing up”.

Laura’s wellness program was amazingly beneficial for my girls. Not only did they gain confidence, resilience, healthy habits and self-love skills, they just loved going every week. Laura’s rapport with the girls has to be seen to be believed. I would 100% recommend this wellbeing course to any parent.
Saying thank you to Laura does not seem
enough, for teaching, helping and guiding my daughter for now and her future. I notice daily the tools that were taught to her are being used, and she doesn’t even realise it, they have become her go to mechanisms. I would highly recommend Laura and her classes to anyone. Thank you Laura.
What an amazing opportunity to be in a group of young girls who are all learning new skills. I have found a growing confidence in my daughter. She’s using new techniques and loves referring to what she’s learned. I am so glad she has done this program with Laura.
Hi Laura. I just wanted to applaud and thank you for the Well-I-Am course you ran recently. You’ve given my 11 year old daughter such an invaluable toolbox of strategies to support her emotional well-being as she grows and experiences all of the ups and downs of life. I have seen a definite shift in her thinking and she is regularly calling upon the strategies you have taught her to deal with high emotions and difficult situations. The deep breathing and mindfulness tips are working particularly well, and I love seeing her striving to proactively approach each day with a positive and grateful mindset. The course should be compulsory for all tweens and teens! Wonderful! Thanks again, K & A.
