Escape the summer heat with a family day out at Lake Mac Swim Centres. The kids can climb, slide, and splash their way through the Aquatic Challenger, making it the perfect spot for nonstop fun. Cool off in the pools, explore the splash park, and relax under the warm sunshine. Bring a picnic or fire up the BBQ on the grassy areas, or enjoy tasty treats and drinks from the on-site kiosks.
Entry requirements
The Aquatic Challenger is open to children aged 6–16 years. Before participating, all children must complete a swim test, which requires swimming 15 meters unassisted. Please note that flotation devices are not allowed on the equipment.
Costs & safety
Aquatic Challenger sessions incur an additional fee on top of the standard pool entry. Prices are $6.30 per child or $13 for a family pass. No bookings are needed for public sessions; just arrive and get involved. Qualified lifeguards and instructors are always on duty to keep everyone safe.

With three swim centres to choose from, there are plenty of dates and session times available—running from Monday 22 December right through to the end of January.
