Croudace Bay Skate Park is one of the larger skate parks in Lake Macquarie. It’s a popular spot for riders of different ages and abilities. It attracts a mix of younger and older skaters, and includes a quarter pipe, rails, and other obstacles to practise on. It has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, and you’ll often see older, more experienced kids helping younger riders find their feet. Whether your child is just starting out or already has a few tricks under their belt, there’s plenty of space to have a go and enjoy a session.
Getting to this skate park
There’s parking alongside the skate park, as well as a bubbler and undercover seating, making it a convenient spot for families to spend some time. Kids can skate right up until 10 pm, which makes this park popular with riders of all ages and experience levels. Situated next to Thomas H Halton Playground, you’ll find the skate park on Macquarie Drive at Croudace Bay. With the playground close by, it’s easy to combine a skate session with some time on the playground. This makes it a great option for families with children of different ages.
