Creating Picture Books Workshop

A creative and practical workshop about writing and publishing children’s literature.
Join local author Katrina McKelvey and illustrator Kirrili Lonergan for an engaging and informative workshop where they’ll share their expert tips on writing and illustrating picture books. Drawing on 16 years of experience in the Australian children’s publishing industry, they will guide you through creative processes and publishing pathways. Bring along a pen and paper—there will be a few fun challenges to inspire your own storytelling along the way.
