You know that bloke who painted your friend's neighbour's house down the street? That's Darren. He's your local painter, living and working here in Lake Macquarie.
After years of working in the painting industry, running teams of painters, and travelling from Maitland to the Central Coast, Darren decided his life-work balance needed adjusting. Local demand got too much to ignore and Darren valued more time with his family. It made sense to continue building on his reputation for quality work, trust, and respect around Lake Macquarie.
In early 2020, Zach joined the Lake Mac Painting family. Starting his Painting & Decorating apprenticeship with Darren. Zach is fast becoming a valuable member of the team. Hard-working, eager to learn the trade, and proactive in getting the job done. Not much else you can ask from a team member.

Darren was so helpful right from the start, having to please 4 owners of our units ( not an easy feat) choosing the right colours, he had so much patience and some very good advice. They have transformed our units into a real talking point in our neighbourhood, we have had so much positive feedback. Darren and Zach are very professional, polite, and hard working team. Would highly recommend them.
