Sal has been caring for Lake Mac’s muscle needs for over 10 years and lymphatic health for 6. With a strong local reputation and many 5-star reviews, Sal provides comprehensive care for lymphoedema, lipoedema, post-cancer recovery, post-surgical care, built-up congestion, and overall wellbeing.

As one of the few clinics in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie offering these specialised services, our new centre also provides warm, welcoming, and compassionate care, helping clients feel truly heard and supported, without judgment.

Our Team

Sal is supported by a team who share her commitment to whole-person wellbeing. Vicki, our Remedial, Relaxation & Pregnancy Massage Therapist, brings a gentle, nurturing approach with special interests in reflexology and lymphatic support.

And our newest addition, Lisa from SoBella IV & Wellness Clinic.

Lisa is a registered nurse with high-pressure hospital emergency experience, passionate about combining medical expertise with personalised, preventative care. She supports energy, immunity, recovery, inflammation reduction, and overall wellbeing through IV Infusion. Lisa consults in our centre by appointment only, bookings available online.
