Directions to the park

The skate park is located on the same site as Bernie Goodwin Memorial Park. Head to 59 Newcastle Street, Morisset, where you’ll find a car park with plenty of spaces available. One of the best things about this setup is that you can keep an eye on the kids at both the skate park and playground. No need for running from one end of the park to the other. There’s also plenty of seating, along with water bubblers, toilets, and BBQ facilities. This makes it easy to settle in and spend a few hours here.

Park inclusions

Morisset Skate Park has been well thought out, with plenty of space and a good mix of features for riders to practise their skills. You’ll find a quarter pipe, hubbas and flat banks. This gives kids and teens plenty of opportunities to work on their riding, skating and BMX skills. There are also seats under a sheltered area where parents can relax and keep an eye on the action. The landscaped surrounds are perfect for spreading out a blanket and taking a break. As one of the larger skate parks in Lake Mac, there’s plenty of room to ride, practise new tricks and enjoy some time outdoors.
