Tomaree Headland Walk: Epic coastal views in Port Stephens

Climb the Tomaree Summit Walk and be rewarded with some of the most spectacular coastal views in Port Stephens. Rising 161 metres above sea level, this iconic walk is well worth the effort. The trail begins on a paved path before leading to a combination of metal stairs, stone steps, bridges and walking tracks. You’ll love the challenge as you make your way towards the summit.

While the climb to the top is steep and can be challenging, the breathtaking panoramic views make every step worthwhile. At the summit, you’ll find two viewing platforms offering completely different perspectives across Port Stephens. The north platform overlooks Yacaaba Head, Cabbage Tree Island, Boondelbah Island and Broughton Island.
