Our Ingredients
- 18 lamington fingers
- 300ml thickened cream
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 packet dark chocolate mint thins
- Fresh berries — blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves, to garnish
