Southern Beaches Rugby Club is a friendly rugby club for the whole family.

Based in Gateshead we offer rugby from the under 7s to our social "Old Salts" team.

Rugby is a game for all abilities from our under 7s two-handed touch games to our fast-paced girls summer 7s rugby competition to our senior competitive teams.

Rugby players come in all shapes and sizes and EVERY single one of them is a valuable and celebrated team member.

Rugby teaches skills for life: respect; self-control; resilience; confidence; how to work in a team and how to deal with both failure and success.

We have great coaching and training staff ready to work with you.
