CAPTivate Gymnastics

CAPTivate Gymnastics provides coached gymnastics programs created specifically for adults aged 16+.

Whether you've never done gymnastics before, you're returning to the sport after years away, or you're an experienced gymnast looking for somewhere to continue training, CAPTivate provides a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment to move, learn new skills, and challenge yourself.

Our adult gymnastics classes cater for all abilities and all genders, with individual progressions allowing you to work at your own level and pace. Learn handstands, cartwheels, tumbling, bars, beam, trampoline and more, while developing strength, flexibility, confidence and new skills.

CAPTivate's newest location is in Barnsley, with three Adult Gymnastics programs running each week:

🤸 Tuesday 7:00–9:00 pm
🤸 Friday 6:30–8:30 pm
🤸 Sunday 6:00–8:00 pm

No gymnastics experience is required. Ages 16+.
