Total Tennis Lake Macquarie is the region's most award winning tennis academy, driven by the idea that exercise, good health, and fun is accessible to our whole community through tennis and pickleball!

We cater to players of all abilities and ages, ranging from 3 years old upwards and from total beginners to elite tournament players! We offer a complete range of tennis and pickleball programs to cater for everyone and we are sure our friendly team of Tennis Australia qualified and insured coaches will make you and your kids feel right at home!

SERVICES WE OFFER:

• Hot Shots Junior Group Coaching - group lessons for children wanting to learn how to play using a variety of modified equipment and fun activities. We run 3-5, 5-8, 8-10 & 10-12 years classes.
• Development Squads - group lessons for teens to learn the skills and have fun with friends! Very social and easy exercise.
• Performance Squads - advanced training for players looking to develop their technical and tactical gameplay to compete in tournaments and competitions.
• Adult Group Coaching - group lessons for adults! We run beginner sessions that teach all the fundamentals of tennis and intermediate sessions to teach more advanced tactics and match-play scenarios.
• Cardio Tennis - High-energy workout outside of the boring gym routine. We run Lite sessions that are very fun and social and require no experience, as well as Play sessions for more experienced players wanting to hit lots of balls and rally!
• Private Lessons - Designed especially around the individual player, maximum coach time allows for the quickest development.
• Junior Leagues- Allows kids to practice the skills they have learnt during their lessons in real game play situations while still keeping it fun and friendly.
• Social Leagues - Several different comps with a variety of different formats and difficulties catering for total beginners all the way to advanced players. Great way to get your weekly exercise, socialise and get out of the house
• Court Hire - Hire the tennis or pickleball courts yourself with friends and family. Available 7 days a week at multiple centres.
• Ball Machine Hire - Get that extra practice in without needing a coach or hitting partner! Balls, pickup tubes and remote included.
• Membership - Become a member for FREE daytime hire, online booking and access, FREE social tennis and heaps of other benefits.
• Birthday Parties - Multiple packages to cater for both kid's and adults parties and functions
• Pro Shop, Canteen & Racquet Restringing - We cater for all your tennis needs in our onsite shop!
