Our full list of skate parks in Lake Macquarie.

A great place for the young, and the young at heart, our local skateboard parks provide kids with a great place to practice their moves and turns. Their ollies and kickflips will only improve through practise, so check out the skate parks in Lake Macquarie, let them hang out and learn new tricks.


Bolton Point Skateboard Park

Located on the corner of Bay Road and Quigley Road at Bolton Point this park is all concrete and provides some flat banks, quarters and a 5 foot mini.

Bonnells Bay Skate Park

At the community centre on Fishery Point Road in Bonnells Bay there is a concrete skate park that has quarter pipes, a rail and ramps.

Cardiff Skate Park

Situated at Wilkinson Park on Myall Road this small skatepark in Cardiff has a rail, boxes and ramps.

Cameron Park Skate Park

This concrete skate park has a kidney shaped bowl, some ramps and boxes and is situated in Pasterfield Sports Complex.

Charlestown Skate Park

This concrete skate park has two bowls, a mini ramp and a few transitions.  There’s also seating and some shade covers. Located at the corner of Pacific Highway and Frederick Street.

Croudace Bay Skate Ramp

A small pre-fab ramp that keeps the local kids amused.  Worth a look. Situated at Croudace Bay Park.


Holmesville Skate Park

A concrete skate park with a quarter pipe, rails and ledges, this is located Kevin Evans Oval, Appletree Road.

Rathmines Skate Park

A small skate park with a concrete doughnut bowl.  This is located at Rathmines Park, Stilling Street.

Swansea Skate Park

This is a great concrete skate park with a bowl, rails, ledges, banks and transitions.  Check it out at Chapman Oval, Burragallana Reserve.

Windale PCYC Skate Park

With a ramp, a rail and a couple of boxes, this concrete skate park is located at the PCYC, Lake Street.

Wyee Skate Ramp

There’s a mini ramp at Community Hall Reserve, Wyee Road.
