15/09/2022 at 8:35 pmI would recommend ENZED Fitness 1000 times, and a 1000 times again. There’s nowhere else I’d rather train! The goals I’ve reached both physically and mentally are beyond anything I could’ve dreamt.
It’s the first place I’ve trained where you’re not just a number, it’s not like training in a big gym, it’s personal, it’s a little family.
I love the team, I love the members and I love the new improved me.
You have nothing to lose, but lots to gain.

The Trainers are meticulous in making sure your doing exercises correctly to gain most benefit and avoid injury. . . . they will give alternative exercises if unable to do something for any reason (except if you say it’s to hard, tried it, don’t work)
