Swansea Skate Park: A big space with lots of features

Swansea Skate Park is perfectly situated along the channel at Swansea. This skate park is surrounded by playing fields, a playground, and beautiful views. It’s a really big area compared to most parks in Lake Mac, with lots of different spaces for riders to learn new skills and practice tricks.

Getting here

Swansea Skate Park is located on Channel Street at Swansea next to Chapman Oval and Playground. There’s lots of parking available alongside the park, as well as a carpark located off Kahibah Street.

Skate park design

Only recently updated, this skate park has been designed and built by Convic Skate Parks. Featuring an open bowl, loads of transitions, a street style area with rails, mini ramps, stairs and more. Due to the expansive layout of the skate park there’s plenty of room to practice. Perfect for skateboarders, scooter or BMX riders.  Make sure the safety gear goes with you!

Skate Park facilities

The skate park features an undercover seated area, water bubbler and nearby toilets. There’s a playground close by for the younger kids to have fun, and a great path along the lake if you want to explore the area. It’s flat and perfect for bikes!
