I am an experienced mental health clinician, providing experience taken from over 15 years as a registered nurse in mental health and all fields of phsyical health care.

I am also an Anxiety Reframe Technique (A.R.T) therapist. This revolutionary method, based around Poly-Vagal Theory and using the latest scientific understanding of the nervous system, can assist those with Autism and suffering the effects of trauma, to better relate to their own bodies, trying to assist people in achieving more effective outcomes.

All assessments are obligation and cost free, to allow each individual to decide whther they believe this may assist.
