Individuals with physical, emotional and psycho-social disabilities are some of our most vulnerable members. The challenges they face often lead to negative mental health and reduced quality of life. I can support you by assisting with:

• Symptoms of mood and anxiety disorders
• Difficulties with emotional regulation and processing
• Attempting to improve distress tolerance
• Improving your understanding of medication management
• Liaising with medical specialists, allied health, and government agencies.
• Increasing your satisfaction with daily functioning
• Inclusion of families and carers in decision making to address overall stress
• Seeking greater satisfaction in co-ordination and integration of your multi-disciplinary care
• I offer a practical, person centred, recovery-based approach using principles drawn from CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, IPT, and neurobiology.

• I am an experienced, qualified, general and mental health nurse, with regular experience of medical assessment. I understand the impact physical challenges and illness can have on emotional well-being.

• MY PRACTICE IS CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CODES OF CONDUCT AND STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AS DETERMINED BY :
